• All our service packages come with a 7-day free trial. During this period, you can explore the full functionality of our platform without being charged. You will be charged at the start of every monthly cycle after the trial period ends.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you can cancel your subscription anytime within these 7 days, and you will not have to pay for the subscription.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial or after the subscription starts.
• To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your Tripoho.com account and follow the cancellation process under your account settings or contact our support team at contact@tripoho.com for assistance.
• If the cancellation is made within the 7-day free trial period, no charges will be incurred, and your subscription will be terminated immediately.
• If the cancellation is made after the 7-day trial period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged after the current cycle ends, and access to our services will continue until the subscription expires.

3. Refund Policy

• No Refunds After Billing: Once the 7-day free trial has ended, and the first monthly payment has been charged, we do not offer refunds for any paid subscriptions.
• All sales are final once a payment has been made, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time within the subscription period.
• We encourage clients to fully utilize the free trial period to ensure our services meet their needs before continuing with the paid subscription.

4. Subscription Renewal

• All subscriptions are automatically renewed on a monthly basis unless canceled before the next billing date.
• You will be billed on the same day each month, corresponding to the start date of your initial subscription, unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
